Refund Policy

Webinars and Online Courses:

  • Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 12 hours before the start of a webinar or online course, you will receive a full refund.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time or after the webinar or online course has begun.

Workshops and In-Person Training Sessions:

  • Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of a workshop or in-person training session, you will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start, but at least 72 hours before, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the start time or after the workshop or in-person training session has begun.

Consulting Services:

  • Refunds for consulting services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of the completion of the service to discuss a potential refund.

General:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@goldlineacademy.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • Gold Line Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any webinar, online course, workshop, or in-person training session. In the event of a cancellation by Gold Line Academy, you will receive a full refund.
  • This refund policy is subject to change without notice.
